You will develop and coordinate all required program acquisition documentation and briefings. You will ensure all program requirements and milestones are communicated and coordinated with program leadership. You will evaluate program documentation to ensure that needs of the program are consistent with sound business practices. You will evaluate work performance of team members and provide input to group leaders and supervisors. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12/13) or pay band (DA-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
