Program Analyst

Amentum is currently recruiting a **Program Analyst** Joint Urgent Operations Needs Statements **(JUONS)** to join our team at the **Pentagon** in Arlington, VA to support our **Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support** contract.
**Duties:**
+ Assist in coordinating requirement-related actions within the Headquarters and other Army Staff Divisions IAW AR 71-9. These actions include meetings, working groups, and VTC’s; tracking Joint Urgent Operations Needs Statements (JUONS) and Joint Emergent Operations Needs Statements (JEONS); coordinating C-IED, C-sUAS, and Emergent Threat Initiatives, coordinating workflow; updating and tracking assigned tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
+ Prepare weekly slides, coordinate with COCOMs, Services, and Combat Theaters as required to ensure senior Army leaders have briefing materials and packets in a timely manner.
+ Assist in the planning, execution, and budgeting meetings in support of all Army assigned JEONS/JUONS.
+ Participate in and facilitate the synchronization of capability delivery to COCOMs and Services by ensuring the relevant material developer schedule and priorities reflect senior leader guidance.
+ Provide support for US Army equities in preparation for Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), Joint Rapid Acquisitions Cell (JRAC), and other forum engagements to include Warfighter Senior Integration Groups, Quarterly Reviews etc.
+ Provide subject matter expertise, to synchronize, integrate, and facilitate JUEON/JEON, C-IED, C-sUAS, and Emergent Threat Initiatives.
+ Assist in the writing of Execute Orders (EXORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) and other correspondence.
+ Create FORM 5’s either via ETMS2 or on paper and assist the Government in the staffing of taskers outside of the ETMS2 system.
+ Support these efforts in both the NIPR and SIPR environments.
+ Adjust work efforts as required within the Strategic Operations branch to meet mission requirements.
+ Draft meeting Executive Summaries (EXSUMs) for review; and track and coordinate any meeting due outs twenty-four (24) hours post meeting.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ Must be able work within Government-provided MS Office software packages (i.e., Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel).
+ Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
+ Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).
+ Experience with engaging with and coordination/synchronization at Senior Army, OSD, Joint Staff, or ASCC and Major Commands levels.
+ Proficient in planning, coordination, and execution of urgent operational needs ISO Army requirements to support Components and Combatant Commands. Able to understand the continuum of urgent operational need response from development / RDT&E, delivery, sustainment, operational assessment and support potential transition to programs.
+ Knowledge of coordinating with major stakeholders to negotiate and synthesize information to ensure progress in response to urgent requirements.
+ Able to support development of analysis, recommendations, and staff Senior level information, coordination and decision documents and materials.
+ Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
+ Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
+ Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
**Required Clearance:**
+ ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: TS/SCI. Please note that US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ At least five (5) years of related experience.
+ Prior military service in the Army preferred.
