Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst for Web RoR in NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT International Programs Directorate. Responsibilities You will ensure all projects are administered by employing Project Management Methodology (PMM) principles to the fullest extent, while overseeing the schedule, cost, and scope. You will determine costs to develop/maintain programs, write statement of works (SOW), coordinating contracting actions with the Contracting Officer's Representative, and provide direction to contractors within scope of SOW, to track performance. You will ensure all relevant information is communicated to all team members, to the chain of command, and across the command, as necessary. You will provide oral and written status briefs and reports to the Command , and other sponsors, stakeholders, and users as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a mastery level knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or improvements of complex management processes and systems in order to oversee and monitor the analysis of policy and system change requests. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Overseeing and directing the planning, analysis, designing, documenting, testing and implementation of activities as well as training and resource management efforts for an organization; 2) Coordinating with sponsors, stakeholders, and users to clearly define requirements, scope and final delivery of products; 3) Developing and submitting budget request with appropriate justification for funding requirements for an organization; and 4) Interpreting and executing Navy and DoD policy, internal guidance, and all associated procedures and documentation related to the business discipline of FMS repair management.
