Program Analyst
Job Title: Sr Program Analyst Job Description We are seeking a Sr Program Analyst to support an aviation customer. This role involves providing outreach support for navigation services to educate and inform aviation users, airport managers, air traffic control, customers, and other aviation officials for future planning. Responsibilities + Support project demonstration with major air carriers and regional airlines to show the benefit of GNSS-equipped aircraft. + Create content for articles and manage the review process for an online newsletter publication to FAA customers. + Coordinate and manage quarterly outreach meetings. + Plan all navigation events and develop/purchase the materials to support events. + Communicate, present, and sell the program to multiple audiences including stakeholders, the general public, FAA, and Congress. Essential Skills + FAA aviation experience, preferably with commercial jets or airlines. + Experience in client interfacing and conference/convention presentation. + Experience communicating with different engineering teams. + Experience as a sales engineer or program analyst. + Proficiency in PowerPoint, marketing, website management, and conference technical setup. + B.S. degree. + 10 years of experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including project planning and execution, and cost and schedule experience with programs. + Experience supporting engineering departments, preferably with product specifications. + Customer interface experience. + Experience supporting tradeshows, conventions, and conferences with clients. + Program coordinating experience. + Eligibility for DoD Clearance and Public Trust. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience supporting commercial aviation, commercial jets, or commercial aircraft. + Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or English. Work Environment This position will support NAVTACII under WAAS Task Lead. The team consists of 50 individuals, including Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Logistics Engineers, and Business Admins. The role requires 2 days on-site with the potential of FAA requiring 3 days on-site. There is potential travel to FAA in DC or customer sites in CA, and event sites for trade shows, although this is very unlikely.
