Program Analyst Location: Atlantic City, NJ, US Job ID: 16497 Job Description Job Description: Program Analyst Location: Atlantic City, NJ - FAA’s William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) Clearance Level: Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government FAA badge for work supporting a government contract. Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedProgram Analyst. This position requires the individual to perform program analyst tasks, apply engineering/project management principles and administrative functions. The individual must be able to work with limited supervision as part of the program management team. In this role, you will work closely with theFederal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) PMO, supporting the Group Manager of Program Support and Analytics. Responsibilities: - Provide advisory and analytical support for development of strategies, planning and implementation activities associated with the execution of fundamental changes in how the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) conducts business. Focus on building, maintaining and analyzing schedules and budgets as well as support in planning, developing and implementing strategic plans and schedules; communication planning; develop, coordinate and obtain senior level management input and approval for planning agendas, logistics and communication of planning sessions; capturing and managing action item status. - Monitor program goals and provide activity target updates to executive leadership - Develop strategic plans and provide strategic planning consulting to assist the client in improving programmatic PMO oversight - Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business and program related metrics - Ad-hoc program analyst and strategic planning tasking as requested by the client - Experience utilizing SharePoint - KSN management and administration - Setup, coordinate and manage meetings - Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives - Build relationships with individual programs and PMO leadership - Develop SOPs, guides/manuals and process improvements - Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards - Formulate agendas, briefings, presentations and other supporting artifacts for manager(s) as requested Requirements: - BS/BA degree in business or related fields from an accredited university - 5 years or more of related experience - Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint - US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Previous FAA experience with theNAS/PMO Arena Technical Resources, LLC, (ATR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) who will provide equal employment opportunity to employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, veteran status, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, family structure, genetic information, or mental or physical disability.
