Program Administrator

In this role you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of products and services to our customers. This role requires a foundational understanding of business and financial processes. As an administrative aid to the Customer Focused Team (CFT) your support may span across multiple professional functions in both the production and office environments. Having a great attitude towards customer service, ability to remain flexible, personal drive and initiative will help you to be successful in this role.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Coordinate with customers and internal teams on resolving past due accounts receivable 

Load and maintain all Customer orders, forecasts & system data 

Contract review for Part Number, revision, quantity, lead-time/delivery and pricing upon receipt of order 

Responsible for accuracy of all order and forecast entries 

Generate, track and distribute standardized reports, both internal and external 

Participate in regularly scheduled customer meetings regarding orders and communicate delivery dates and status to customer base 

Assist in preparation of new product quotes and maintain pricing in Oracle and standard pricing locations 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education and Required Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Accumulated 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an operations support, customer service, supply chain or administrative role

Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning System such as Oracle or similar systems is an asset
 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.) as well as other MS Office products 

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization as well as directly with key customer contacts. 

Excellent organizational skills; self-disciplined; works well under pressure.
