Workday Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities
 

Achieve individual sales goal for Workday deployment and optimization servicesSet and execute the sales strategy for assigned territory and lead the development of a sales plan targeting new clients – develops Sales Win and Deal close strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with the Workday Sales team to gain referrals and drive pipeline growth of new opportunitiesCollect and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning processEffectively utilize lead generation team and other sales support resources at the appropriate time in the selling processDemonstrate strong sales strategy ability by crafting and presenting client offers and helping the team identify and navigate alternative paths to making the saleManage and maximize the client level cost of saleShapes the ‘Strada’ product solutions narrative – Strada’s unique positioning and ability to deliver best in class solutions to clients Identifies the customer need and the most suitable value propositions, potential product solutions, service fits, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue models for identified target marketsProvides input on pricing decisions striving to sell Strada’s value at the highest possible profit marginMaximizes the use (both individually and with the team) of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience
 

Sales Skills – Exhibit excellent skills throughout all stages of a consultative selling process, including pipeline management, strong negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities. They should be able to sell value over price by providing deep insight about how the service will impact the client’s business and outcomes.Entrepreneurial/Create Spirit – Embraces work through capitalizing on opportunities to help with growth and expansion of the organization while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSubject Matter Expertise and Functional Knowledge – Knowledge of various components of the Workday technology and broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll and financial delivery and solutions. Will need to develop a thorough understanding of all Strada products and services in their portfolio and associated value engineering assets.Relationship Management – Demonstrates strong client-facing skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information and to respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries. Build strong relationships at multiple levels in a potential client company, including the C-suite, with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor to that organization. They will also need to maintain productive, internal relationships to leverage those resources when necessary.Communication/Project Management – Ability to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. They need very strong internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions and/or recommendations.Team Leadership – Strives to be a role model for colleagues they work with closely in the organization and have an interest in the team’s success. They should be willing to proactively work together to overcome obstacles and share best practices across the team.Bachelor’s Degree required.Advanced Degree is preferred and/or equivalent work-related experience and success.5+ years direct selling experience with demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in the Cloud solutionsExperience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employeesWorkday deployment and optimization sales experience

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

166,500 USD

Maximum :

264,300 USD

Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
