Job Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding queues for Healthcare Payments customers.Configure and ensure accuracy of account setup with Healthcare Payments solutionsMaintain documentation Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and partners as needed Configuring account setups, maintaining documentation, collaborating with departments, participating in initiatives, and assisting in software testing. Actively participate in initiatives as needed to support customer onboarding and process improvements.Assist in testing new software releases.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
