Key Roles & Responsibilities

Support the R&S processesSearch and identify potential Candidates on Social Networks to create shortlists of talents;Organize and have phone calls with prospects to present vacancy as attractively and convincingly as possible;Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions;Track candidates to ensure timely action from Hiring Managers/ HR Business Partners side; Hand over candidates who have been actively sourced and applied on the BorgWarner career sitel to Hiring Managers/ HR Business Partners;Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active SourcingComplete data analysis and interpretationCollaborate in the reporting and administration of HR KPIsDeliver communications for generalists tasks in subject area

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education or related area Excellent MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel and PowerPointGood communication skillsProficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)Good English language skills (spoken and writtenExperience in Recruitment area is valuableEligibility for professional intenship procedure by portuguese law
