HR Generalist
The purpose of the job:
The HR Professional is responsible for the development and optimization of HR processes, systems and communication, works closely with HR management to support assigned areas, and actively participates in HR projectsand action plans.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the implementation of operational HR processes (organizational development, resource assurance, labour support, training, internal communication)
- Support the work of the HR Manager-Trade union communication and coordination - first point of contact with the trade union
- Support to labour processes
- Supportingthe selection process for office (salaried) staff positions, making offers
- Liaise with YFAI central departments (HR, L&D, LMS, IT; HRIS; etc.)
- Liaison and continuous cooperation with partner departments, external HR service providers, authorities
- Actively participate in HR projects, develop HR processes, propose optimization, develop action plans,
- Active participation in the organization and implementation of corporate events and programmes
- Active participation in the implementation and development of systems
- Internal reporting: calculation of monthly KPI indicators,exit data, warnings, sickness rate reporting
- GDPR - ensuring compliance
- Ensuring compliance with YFIMS requirements, periodic review of requirements
- Preparation of employer instructions, communication
Expectations:
University degree
Bachelor's Degree in HR
Knowledge of labour law
3-5 years of HR experience
English language skills - daily use required
MS-Office skills
Excellent communication skills - ability to work independently and proactively
