Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Scope of Responsibility:** + **Responsible for BZ supply indicators management, FTG program, Supply Reimagined, PPR and COS coordination, providing synergy between sites, benchmarking with other sites and regions, while leading Digital Transformation in the area.** **Core Responsibilities:** + **Lead KPIs creation, preparation, consolidation and communication for Brazil, both sites, including all levels of Plant Performance (PPR);** + **Take ownership of supply productivity reports, recommending improvements, automation, and facilitating cross category and sites alignment;** + **Provide guidance through templates and recommendations for the industrial engineering areas, creating harmonization, synergy and simplification through active collaboration;** + **Coordinate and prepare Budget and Mid Year Reviews cycles (KPIs, Volume, Headcount, NVOs, Variable Cost, Rate routing, Loss Allowance, Exhibits for COS, BUD Templates);** + **Coordinate FTG program and Supply Reimagined Brazil, including but not limited to governance, database management, project effectiveness and implementation, follow up projects and brainstorming events leadership;** + **Embed on active benchmarking with other sites and regions, among Divisional and Global, to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement;** + **Promote Digital Transformation in the department, which includes process automation and dashboard development to support decision making;** + **Support other leadership activities as per needed.** **Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:** + **Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.** + **Solid experience working in Operations or Finance.** + **Analytics and communication skills** + **Excellent written and presentation skills in English** + **Microsoft Office, SAP, Google Collaboration Tools, DOMO and other digital tools** **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way. **Equal Opportunity Employer** Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
