Miller Brother Staffing in Lancaster, PA has the immediate need of  Production Worker for 1st shift.
Pay Rate – $17/hour
Shift: 1st Shift:  Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment, lift 50lb bags repeatedly for a full shift, attention to detail and math skills a must.
Duties include: weighing out ingredients, tracking of lot numbers(!!), working at bagging station (bagger – sewing machine – stacking bags on pallet), shrink wrapping, monthly inventory counts, sweeping and cleanup in between jobs and at end of day. Eventually moving product via forklift as well as loading and unloading trucks.

Job Duties-
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Will be bagging/stacking feed, loading trucks, and operating a sit-down forklift
-Must have previous experience working within a production plant environment
-Will be interfacing with clients/customers so this candidate needs to have customer service skills
-Will be doing loading/unloading of trucks
-Math skills
-Must be okay working in the elements **Hot in the summer/cold in the winter**
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Positive attitude and must be a team player
- Excellent work history
-Ability to lift up to 50-60

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds repeatedly.  Must be able to stand for duration of shift, squat, bend, twist, knell, and push/pull.
