**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are currently hiring general production workers to join our manufacturing floor! Our company supports the medical, automotive, and building/construction industries. This role will involve ensuring the quality of our product is up to par, partnering with production members in three different departments, and learning how to work into an operator role after a 90-day review. Candidates can expect to shadow and assist on two ends of the production line, one will be based on gathering the correct products to start the line and the back of the line will involve quality checking. Each line has 4 production workers and there is constant communication between the team. We are open to training the correct individuals, but perfect attendance is mandatory and the ideal candidate must be open to learning the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities** + Ensure the quality of products meets company standards. + Partner with production members in three different departments. + Shadow and assist in gathering the correct products to start the production line. + Perform quality checks at the end of the production line. + Maintain constant communication with team members. + Learn and transition into an operator role after a 90-day review. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in an industrial environment or a strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment. + Comfortable standing on feet for long periods of time. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. + Basic understanding of English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work well in a team environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a relaxed environment, a 90-day review period with potential growth into an operator role, and a supportive team culture. Shift times are as follows: 5:30am - 5:30pm or 5:30pm - 5:30am, Monday-Friday, or Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easthampton, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
