**Job Title: Production Workers** **LOCATION: Captain Cook, 83-5427 Mamalahoa Hwy** **Job Description** General labor and production of coffee cherries from the farmers. This is not a harvesting or picking position; it is a labor-intensive production role. The job involves scaling, processing, and milling the beans. Candidates must be capable of lifting 100# bags of coffee cherries all day long. Regular and timely attendance is required. The role also involves grading coffee beans and maintaining positive work relationships with local farmers and co-workers. Safety in using sharp objects and maintaining a neat and clean workspace are essential. Milling is a crucial post-harvest step in coffee production, involving the removal of various layers of the cherry to extract the seeds.
