**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Band It is a manufacturer of stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas industry. Their headquarters is located in Denver, where they manufacture and produce these clamps from start to finish. The Production Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the production process, including operating production machinery, feeding product into machines, performing quality checks, making small mechanical adjustments, packaging and labeling products, and selecting tools and parts for their machine. Training will involve shadowing other operators for at least two weeks before operating a machine independently, gradually working up to handling multiple machines at once. Candidates must be comfortable standing in one place for long periods. **Hard Skills** + Operating production machinery + Performing quality checks + Mechanical adjustments + Packaging and labeling products **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in DENVER, Colorado. **Work Environment** Band It is a loud manufacturing environment that produces steel products. The environment is very clean and well-kept, but candidates must be able to handle consistent loud noises. They will primarily work independently after training but will be around many people consistently.
