**Job Title: Production Worker - Starting At $20/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker for our 2nd shift. This role involves inspecting automotive component parts, ensuring quality, and preparing parts for packing. You will be a crucial part of our manufacturing team, working alongside 1-4 other operators on the line. **Responsibilities** + Inspect automotive component parts for defects as dispensed from the injection molding machine. + Inspect 50 parts per hour, each weighing under 5 lbs. + Collaborate with 1-4 other operators on the production line. + Trim component parts if necessary and prepare them for packing. + Pack component parts according to packing specifications. + Assist with material changes as needed. + Complete paperwork for defective parts. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Experience standing for 10-12 hours at a time. + Experience using hand tools such as hammers, knives, and screwdrivers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operation is a plus. + Familiarity with power tools and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity for a pay raise upon direct hire.
