Responsibilities Include:
Perform mechanical/electrical assembly from engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and other production documentationAbility to interpret and work from drawings, manuals, handbooks, and technical specificationsWork on printed circuit boards (PCB), circuit card assemblies (CCA), and follow detailed instructions accurately and consistentlyCompletion and finalization of CCAs after machine manufacture to include separation of PCBs from larger panels, labeling, masking, and conformal coatingHave good hand eye coordination and be able to use a variety of standard hand tools, soldering irons, and the ability to work under a microscopeInspect assembly work for self and other team members per appropriate standardsWork with engineers to identify issues with new products and improve themKnowledge of proper ESD controlsMust be detail and quality orientedQualifications You Must Have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant electronic experience. A higher level degree may substitute for experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required educationBasic understanding of technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications and manufacturing principlesExperience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environmentPrior experience with electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassembliesBasic skills in assembly, soldering, and connectorsCircuit card assembly and rework experience with soldering of both surface mount and through-hole partsComputer literate with experience in Windows and Office products, and ability to learn new specialized in-house applications as requiredAbility to take instruction and work side-by-side with advanced technicians to learn new skillsThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security ClearanceQualifications We Prefer:
