Production Technician

Jones Stephens is currently seeking a Product Technician to join our team! **Responsibilities** + Perform welding procedures by interpreting written blueprints. + Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and aligns with process specifications + Ensure the manufacture of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality + Some duties may include packing, wrapping, securing, or labeling containers + Recognize and report any problems or deficiencies in the production process to management + Assist with installation and qualification of production equipment + Support safety programs, policies and practices that foster a safe work environment + May assist with planning shipping from the manufacturing location + Work on production assembly throughout the manufacturing process + Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management **Qualifications** + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required + Effectively use standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.) + Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures preferred + Comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and/or squatting + Ability to carry objects up to 30 lbs by hand and perform repetitive movement + Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. + Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism At Jones Stephens, we care for each other.
