Summary
We are seeking self-motivated and detail-oriented Production Technicians to join our Production team. Successful candidates are dedicated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for using components and parts to produce world class RF systems and antennas.
Essential Functions
Study work instructions, drawings, travelers, test procedures, and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to prepare assembly work Position parts and subassemblies by using templates, fixtures or test measurement equipment Assemble components by examining parts and assemblies for correct fit in addition to fastening parts and subassemblies Resolve assembly problems and notify the Quality Assurance team of known issues Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment Anticipate needed supplies and submit requests for additional supplies from Production Planners Document actions by completing production travelers and reworking travelers as required Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; kneel, crouch, talk and hear.
The employee must be able to move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, however these hours may vary based on workload and the manager’s discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as the need arises.

QualificationsRequired Education and Experience
