Apply and share your resume with us today** **Primary Responsibilities** + Must be capable of reading engineering drawings and CAD models. + Experience in setup and operating a variety of machine tools including Water Jet, Blankets and Bonding. + Experience in the manufacturing of large aerospace components from exotic materials. + Applicant must be able to work on different projects in an ever changing, rapid paced R&D environment with little or no assistance. **Basic Qualifications** + High School diploma/GED with at least 1 year of experience years of precision machining experience on Water Jet and Sawing. + Candidates must have the ability to lift a minimum of 35+ pounds unassisted. + Candidate must be able to work overtime when required. + Applicant must be able to work a full-time, **4-days per week 10-hours per shift, 1st shift.** + Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in the manufacturing of complex aerospace components from exotic materials, such as Blankets material, bonding material. + The operation and maintenance of a variety of equipment, including advanced water jet systems, sewing machines, and tools used for material bonding. + A successful technician must be well-versed in following all established production protocols meticulously, ensuring that every step is executed with precision. **Original Posting:** April 25, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $39,650.00 - $71,675.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
