Your Tasks:

Fulfill production order, ensure production coordination in line with production planning Ensure production line run smoothly and effectively Plan Operator resources of AOP and forecast Build and manage OEE management system Lead operator efficiency improvement by LEAN activity approach

 

You Profile:

3 year working experience in auto industry wiht 2 years management experience as frontline supervisors Bachelor Graduate or above (ME,EE) Workable English Product and production knowledge Leadership skills, esp. on coaching and performance management
