About the team

Mobile Banking team works around the clock to ensure that the clients can seamlessly login to their apps and fulfill all of their banking needs without any challenges. The team ensures the smooth operation & stability of critical banking applications and provides timely resolution for any issues to minimize the impact. They also automate certain manual activities to optimize the overall efficiency." 

What you will be doing

Researches any production issue reported by the clients or identified via internal monitoring. Provides timely resolution with minimal downtimeWorks on batch jobs and ensures completion within the schedule with expected results.Participates in change tasks to ensure successful implementation and validation of all change/deployment activities.Sets up new production environment as and when needed.Mentors the team while working on any critical issue/project.Automates the manual tasks to eliminate toil and to improve efficiency.

What you bring:

Min 5-10 yrs of experience is required in Production Support.Strong Experience in Unixworking knowledge of Windows/IISKnowledge of tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and Control MExperience in managing batch jobs.Understanding of application related networking concepts such as load balancing, firewall, etc is desired.Experience in working with SSL/certificates is good to have.OpenShift knowledge or experience is good to have.
