Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Production Support Delivery/Tech Lead. In this role, the Delivery/Tech Lead understands that the success of a project is to understand the core business processes of the business unit and business requirements as well as the architecture patterns and technology strategy (e.g., Modernize Banking, Cloud Transformation, DevOps). Responsibilities: * Plans, prioritizes, and delivers solutions that represent the best value technology spend while observing technology governance within prescribed limits * The Delivery/Tech Lead manages the end to end development across applications, process to ensure that the right solutions are delivered and addresses any operational concerns once in production * Delivers on time and one budget and adheres to required standards * Evaluates new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, risk (e.g., security) * Works toward the objective of defect free software * Ensures that systems functionally meet requirements, align with architecture and promote the development of common assets * As a Delivery/Tech Lead, this role supports the resolution of production issues and problems * Makes recommendations to improve company processes & systems
