Experience with ERP or other applications is an advantageTeam player with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize in stressful situationsKnowledge in logistic process and operational system at shopfloor is an advantageUnderstanding and Mapping, Configuring for the New Customer on BoardDesigning the IT process to match the operation mapping (Forward & Reverse Logistics, Consignment Inventories) according to the Customer Business Requirement.Microsoft Office suite, Programming and Database skills are helpfulDesirable Service-Now knowledgeUse of Lean tools for process improvement and standardization.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s in engineering or any other equivalent qualification5-8 years of experience working in Production support (L2) in SQL / PLSQL.Understanding of Queries, Joins, Triggers, Functions, Stored Procedures.. etcGood to have knowledge in ERPGood communication and presentation skills.Rotational shifts (7am – 4pm & 2pm – 11pm)
