Production Support (Banking)

Job description

Mission Description:

Support production environments and manage technical issues to ensure system availability. Work with developers, testers, and project managers to provide support and maintenance for production systems. Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues to ensure they meet quality standards. Act as a liaison, communicating with customers and identifying their priorities. Log reported events affecting systems, applications, or third-party vendors. Provide tier II support for production applications. Ensure smooth operations of critical systems and software applications.

Profile Requirements: 

Utilize skills in JAVA/J2EE, Websphere/Tomcat/JBOSS, ORACLE PL/SQL, COBOL, Have experience in ITSM tools like Service Now, Sharepoint, and database performance & SQL tuning. Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting and debugging abilities. Demonstrate extensive experience in supporting payments, local clearing applications, and payment filtering and AML in the APAC region. Who are we? During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
