The Production Supervision Team Leader performs the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. This includes developing an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team, suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Production Supervision Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.Managing responsibility for exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions - some latitude in ways of working and planning.Providing total cell / group leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, production and compliance.Directing process / product improvement programs and provide process method excellence throughout the organization.Leading cell / group to achieving goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, delivery and cost reduction.Providing total cell / group leadership to continuously improve manufacturing, test, assembly and process for all assigned products / processes.Providing leadership to achieve asset utilization, cost attainment, quality, delivery, budget, and personnel goals.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school education with prove experience in Manufacturing).Have proven experience in Lean manufacturing.Have sound oral and written communication skills.Have relevant experience in Subsea Wellhead (or equivalent) products and testing equipmentHave good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to work independently.Have excellent problem solving skills.
