Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/t), precision mechanic (m/f/t), mechatronics engineer (m/f/t) with several years of professional experienceIndependent, responsible and cooperative way of workingStrong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibilityExperience of leading a team with at least 20 employeesKnowledge of machining desirableExperience with lean manufacturing tools (6's, SMED, etc.).Knowledge of ISO-9000-14000Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as ExcelPersonally, you are characterized by your independent, imaginative and goal-oriented way of working as well as a friendly and confident demeanour
