Join our Raymond Team as a Production Supervisor! The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Supervisor to oversee the Production area at our Raybuilt facility of our Raymond location in East Syracuse, New York! We are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you will oversee the day-today operations including the training and development of subordinate staff. You will estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion dates, and ensure the consistent application of organizational policies. What You’ll Be Doing: * Provide data-driven insights and analysis on departmental and individual performance to support continuous improvement. * Evaluate existing methods and procedures; recommend and implement enhancements within assigned areas of responsibility. * Plan and schedule work across sections, departments, or organizations to ensure optimal utilization of employees, equipment, and materials while meeting budget, cost, and quality standards. * Estimate resource needs and assign tasks to meet completion targets aligned with the business plan and management objectives. * Conduct performance appraisals, make hiring decisions, and manage disciplinary actions, including terminations, in accordance with company policies. * Champion a safe and compliant work environment, promoting a culture of health and safety. What We’re Looking For: * 2 + years of related professional experience What Sets You Apart: * 2 + years of supervisory/management experience * An Associate’s Degree in a related field Where and When You’ll Work: * This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse location—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. * You will work from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. * Opening Supervisor will work from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM * Overtime as needed to support Production demands may include occasional Saturday availability. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $ 62,300 – $77,500 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
