Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

The production supervisor is in charge of assisting the plant manager in day-to-day operations. They will be responsible for scheduling, hiring, terminating, and training new employees. Additionally, they will ensure that safety protocols are followed and supervise a team of 5-7 employees. This is a 3rd shift position but will train on day shift.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing and production setting, which may include exposure to high/precarious places, moving machinery, marked changes in temperature and humidity, dust, odors, and fumes. It is a loud environment. The shift is from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $86000.00/yr.
