Production Supervisor
**Job Title: Production Supervisor ($55,000-$75,000)** **Job Description** Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Operations, the Forge Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned shift personnel and overseeing forging operations. **Responsibilities** + Supervise assigned shift personnel. + Oversee forging operations. + Ensure efficient and productive operations. + Address and resolve issues as they arise. + Implement continuous improvement initiatives. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1 to 3 years of experience within a manufacturing or forging facility. + Ability to solve issues and improve efficiency/productivity. + Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong organizational skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Supervisor experience preferred but not required. + Microsoft Office experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values continuous improvement and efficiency.
