**Job Title: Production Supervisor In Belen** **Schedule is 3rd Shift 11pm -7:30am** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will manage employees in the Production Area. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as rewarding and disciplining them. You will also be tasked with planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints. You will need to suit up in the Production areas and adhere to a fast-paced, repetitive work environment. Standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting between 30 lbs - 50 lbs is required. Steel toes or composite shoes are mandatory during shifts and interviews. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Belen, New Mexico. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.77 - $36.06/hr.
