Production Supervisor

To maintain superior customer focus, we are seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team.

This position will be responsible for supervising Production and all product line teams ensuring that the order fulfillment process is effective, efficient, and customer focused.  For the right candidate, this role can lead to other challenging opportunities in production, or business development, in Louisville, or perhaps within the vast Emerson network of companies around the world!

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Responsible for managing people capacity in production ensuring there are enough qualified employees available to keep our backlog goals attainable Responsible for managing production teams and ensuring people are effective and efficient in performing their work Ensure customer promises are met such as on-time delivery and no quality issues and all other assigned metrics      Performs coaching, counseling, disciplining, appraising performance and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Responsible for accurate and timely payroll entry Required to participate as directed on production improvement team, safety, and other activities assigned Responsible for 5S maintenance improvements and audits Additional responsibilities may be directed by TopWorx

Who You Are:

You are an individual that is action oriented, able to communicate effectively with team members, and are result driven.

For this role, you will need:

High School diploma or college degree (B.S. preferred) 3-5 years supervisory or related manufacturing experience.
