**Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 23 employees on the production floor. The successful candidate will ensure daily activities related to safety, quality, and production are efficiently managed. This role involves training employees in 5S methodology and measuring compliance. Additionally, the Production Supervisor will collaborate with the engineering department to enhance yields and minimize scrap. The role requires motivating employees to meet daily and production targets while efficiently planning and pacing work to achieve goals. The position reports directly to two team leads. **Responsibilities** + Manage a team of approximately 23 employees. + Oversee daily floor activities, focusing on safety, quality, and production. + Train employees in 5S methodology and measure compliance. + Collaborate with the engineering department to increase yields and decrease scrap. + Plan and pace work efficiently to meet daily, weekly, project, or production goals. + Motivate employees to achieve daily and production numbers. + Directly supervise two team leads. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a Team Lead or Production Supervisor. + Experience in automotive manufacturing. + Strong supervisory and leadership skills. + Knowledge of safety protocols and continuous improvement processes. + Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Supervisory experience in the automotive industry. + Strong leadership experience. + No formal education required. **Why Work Here?** We offer an attractive benefits package including 401k, health insurance, and paid time off.
