Responsible for workshop production management. Include shift & daily & weekly & monthly production schedule and output ensured. Organize workshop resource and cross function to fulfill customer orders demand. Internal Production lead time & Cycle time& Takt time& productivity improvement. Assembly capacity development and optimization. Test bench development and optimization. Production cost saving improvement.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1) Closely work with operation function team. Fully in charge for workshop production management.
2) Responsible for order confirmation, hand-over and execution in workshop; coordinate people and resource arrangement to meet daily output. Quick reaction and Problem-solving to any abnormal stops.
3) Production planning day by hour to make sure 100% WO closed as schedule.
3) Responsible for Cycle Time & TT study. Line balance & capacity design and development. Responsible for ram up plan. Continuous improve CT and OEE to catch up the order increase.
4) Leading people on assembly cell. Plan and arrange enough training to make sure operators' competence, define training plan with skill matrix.
5) Make sure manufacturing process & quality control & SEH & Logistics requirements (Such as SOP & WI& Spec & FMEA & CP on site implement).
6) Manufacturing cost management. Include DL & variable cost for production
7) IE & CI & kaizen on site management.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience. 5 + years of hands-on experience in a motor manufacturing environment. At least as a production supervisor 2+ Rick work experience from hydraulic parts industry.
