Join our growing team today. **Responsibilities** **PURPOSE:** The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the production team to exceed goals and monitoring the day-to-day production activities to ensure that production efficiency goals are being met, safety protocols are being followed, and quality product is being produced. Directly supervises 20 - 30 hourly employees. Plans and controls production performance as measured against operating targets developed according to machine capabilities, manpower capabilities and projected business. Ensures compliance to established customer quality and production standards. Actively leads and participates in plant safety, housekeeping, 5S and lean manufacturing programs by ensuring goals are met within the department.
