**Job Title: Production Supervisor (Night Shift)** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a night shift Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing associates to ensure the successful operation of our plant. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, production, and meeting customer requirements. You will also be involved in materials planning and logistics, reviewing production data, and processing data. You will supervise approximately 30 employees and have the support of the shift Plant Superintendent for any escalated issues. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED completed. + 2+ years of production supervision or equivalent leadership experience. + Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment (preferably automotive). + Proven experience leading teams to ensure production, quality, and safety goals are met. **Work Environment** Our facility is a Tier 1/2 supplier for automotive glass (windshields) for major brands such as Ford, Honda, Chrysler, and GM. The environment can reach temperatures up to 110 degrees in the summer when the ovens are running. Despite the heat, the facility is extremely clean with minimal dirt. We are very deadline-driven and meeting goals is crucial for success. The shift is from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, operating on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, with alternating weekends. Employees are expected to arrive 30 minutes early to prepare for the shift.
