**Job Title** : Production Supervisor **Pay** : $20 / hour **Location** : San Antonio, TX **Shift** : Monday – Friday 3PM – 1:00AM **Job Description** : • Ensures that new employees complete Quality Assurance orientaiton and all current employees complete annual training, including allergens, hygiene, safety, sanitation, Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Point, and good manufacturing practice (GMP). • Trains new employees to properly perform tasks and complete recipes. • Provides regular feedback regarding operators' performance, recognizing excellence and areas needing improvement. • Provide coaching to operators who need additional help to improve performance. • Checks daily schedule and oversees preparation of workstation in accordance to assigned recipe including assembling all materials and equipment. • Verify raw materials, partially prepped food, and completed food meets Cuisine Solutions approved quality standards. • Report quality problems to Production Manager and/or QA immediately. • Verify equipment works correctly at start, during and end of shift.
