Volt is immediately hiring for a Temp to Hire Production Supervisor in the city of Irvine, CA.

\r\n\r\n

As a Production Supervisor you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform any and all duties of the Production Associates assigned to the all production factory area, receiving, packing or shipping\r\n\tFunctions as Production Supervisor in his/her absence.\r\n\tAssigns workers to work stations to meet production requirements.\r\n\tMonitors production and adjusts work assignments, supply of material when necessary.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-time opportunity

Mon. Fri. 7am- 3:30pm

\r\n\r\n

The Ideal candidate will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHave previous food manufacturing background\r\n\tHave leadership skills and proven lead a team successfully \r\n\tAble to communicate production needs and expectations to train staff\r\n\tUnderstand manufacturing process \r\n\tMath skills and organizational skills\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
