**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards; develop and implement strategies to improve performance metrics.
+ Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and drive performance; monitor, analyze, and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.
+ Implementing safety protocols, enforcing safe operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
+ Coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime; identifying maintenance requirements and building purchase orders.
+ Leading and mentoring production staff to achieve performance goals.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mining, construction, or related industries.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can translate guidance and intent into action.
+ Ability to analyze and interpret production data and make recommendations on production and maintenance planning.
+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.
