Production Supervisor – Dayton, NJ – 3rd Shift
The opportunity:
As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for managing plant employees to meet manufacturing and production schedules. You will be coordinating production operations and maintaining effective quality procedures and safety regulations for the facility.

Enforce plant safety regulations and encourage employees to become safety-consciousManage manufacturing employees to include performance reviews and disciplinary actions Make recommendations to improve safety, environmental and health of the entire facilityManage the day-to-day operations of the shift with constant emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and costMonitor production activities to eliminate waste and ensure adherence to production and shipping scheduleWork with other team members to control and improve efficiencies, minimize labor overtime, downtime and repair expensesControl load factors and workflow to ensure maximum use of available capacity and effective use of labor, tools and equipmentWhat you need to succeed:
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with 3 to 4 years of related experienceProven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chainExcellent communication and listening skillsProven track record of effective problem-solvingAbility to embrace continuous improvementStrong collaboration and teaming skills with stakeholders across functionsAbility to coach and train employeesAbility to be an on-shift resource for troubleshooting problems in the process as well as maintenance issuesAbility to make independent, effective decisionsPossess ability to be a self-directed team playerFlexibility to work multiple shiftsWhat we offer:

The salary range for this position is $64,125.00 - $106,875.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
