The Production Supervisor will be responsible to produce high quality White Castle products at the least cost. The Production Supervisor must ensure that an adequate number of trained team members are on the line to produce hamburgers, while also making sure team members follow company GMP’s, SQF, HACCP and all food safety regulations. This position will assist in staffing the line positions, checking quality and conditions of raw and finished goods throughout the process and inventories of packaging, buns, and meat. This person will develop strategies and alternatives to meet daily production rates and ensure they are implemented correctly.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
College Degree is preferred. High School diploma or GED is required;Must have knowledge of how all production equipment operates and be able to function efficiently at any of the line positions;Food supervisory experience preferred;Knowledge of math, inventory procedures, time cards, and scheduling is required, either through education, training and/or experience;Must have supervisory experience and be able to direct and motivate team members;Must have computer experience with knowledge of Word and Excel;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential;Must be flexible to change schedule and hours of work to meet the needs of the plant.
