Responsibilities

Creating an understanding of daily and weekly production targets amongst team members to ensure that targets are met and executed safely Review shift performance on an ongoing basis and discussing progress against agreed deliverables, deadlines, and provide support where needed Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize labour, equipment, and processes Report daily to the line manager Create an understanding of the company’s policies and procedures

Requirements

Grade 12 Opencast Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines Relevant Degree Open cast Machine Licence(s) 2 years of experience as a Digger/Dragline Operator or Blaster
