Hire Resolve’s client is a great mining company in Northern Cape and is urgently seeking the expertise of a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies Ensure incident and accident investigations are done within the framework of SOPs Initiate Crushing and screening processes Ensuring targets are achieved Oversee loading and hauling from the crushing pad Responsible to ensure that settings are correctly set for Jaw and Cone Crushers

Requirements:

Grade 12 BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering Supervisory qualification 7 – 10 years’ experience in an opencast mining environment Minimum 5 years supervisory experience Crushing experience is essential

Benefits:

Salary: R600K/yr – R800K/yr, salary negotiable Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
