Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo As our Production Supervisor, you’ll support HID’s success by: + Facilitating continuous improvement activities. + Managing the day-to-day operations in the production area. + Ensuring communication to staff of products, policies and procedures as necessary. + Promoting the growth of staff development, including training and performance management. + Displaying leadership and guidance to the production team, promoting and implementing systems and initiatives. + Ensuring purchase of essential departmental supplies within departmental budget. + Ensuring all production documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. + Ensuring sufficient staffing levels to maintain optimum levels of output. + Monitoring performance to metrics; managing resources and priorities to achieve targets. + Assisting in the development and transfer of new processes. + Adhering to, and enforcing security, quality and environmental health and safety policies, procedures and controls. Your Experience and Background include: + Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of manufacturing experience as a supervisor, including some lead person experience.
