  Why is this role really critical to us? 

Supports the entire field operations team from end to end, from sales to installation of all services belonging to the constantly growing and developing Vodafone Fixed Infrastructure product family. Fault, relocation and package change etc. Contributes to the successful realization of all activities in the field within the targeted periods and rates.
 

Who you are

•    Supervision, monitoring, analysis and reporting of;
-    Activation, 
-    Installation, 
-    Document collection, 
-    Fault resolving
and other activities in the field within the scope of Vodafone fixed services products,
•    Collaboration with relevant departments such as Sales, Inventory, Vendors, Network and IT for field efficiency analysis and identification of needs which will increase operational efficiency and improvement,
•    Tracking and reporting all transactions and KPIs of 3rd party companies,

Who we are

Determine the customer focus as a self vision with the motto, "Customers' lawyer"
•    Graduated university with a bachelor's degree
•    Preferably with at least 2 years of operational experience in fixed products and services,
•    Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint applications and able to use them actively
•    Preferably SAP Business Intelligence(BI) report and table designing.
•    Adopts risk management rather than crisis management and can think proactively
•    Follows the tasks passionately and can take timely action for developments.
•    Experienced in problem analysis and solution, enthusiastic and likes to produce solutions.
•    No restrictions on travel or working from home
•    None of any military service obligations for male candidates
