We are hiring a Production Stage Manager for our growing team! The Production Stage Manager will primarily be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: + Working knowledge of the regular policies and practices utilized in both residential and outpatient facilities as well as other functions and programs operated by Mountain Movers Theatre Company.  + Working knowledge of common computer programs such as email, online calendars, Google  drive, Microsoft Office, etc.  + Coordinate rehearsals by communicating with the director and other technical staff involved in the production, including the music director and choreographer, and communicates with the designers what is needed from rehearsal and performances, including lights, sound, props, costumes, etc through rehearsal and performance reports. + Writes up contracts for actors and technical staff, and ensures their employment paperwork is received. + Takes blocking notes and other general notes in rehearsal to ensure everything flows. + Coordinates the backstage run crew and takes notes of what they need to do by writing all light, sound and scene change cues in the Stage Manager script. + Creates and maintains paperwork for the show including rehearsal and performance reports, contact lists, cast lists, schedules, scene and character breakdowns, entrance and exit charts, and live/mute sheets. + Creates and executes sound effects needed for performances. + Ensures that the theatre and backstage is clean and ready for the performance and ensures and coordinates the cleaning of the theatre at the end of each performance. + Coordinates housing for actors and technical staff. + Takes care of housing including making beds, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms, and ensures that cleaning supplies are kept stocked. + Submit food orders for contract staff staying at housing. + Ensures that housing is kept clean and tidy while contract staff are staying there. + Keeps track of financial income from shows and generates end of day and show income reports. + Creates marketing and media content for all the season’s shows, which consists of posters, playbill covers, social media graphics, newspaper advertisements, and TV overlays. + Ensures that all created content for each show meets the requirements provided in the contracts signed with the licensing companies. + Creates general marketing content for the company, including full season advertisements and gift cards. + Posts on the company social to promote events happening at the theatre. + Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information in accordance with  Addiction Recovery Care/ Odyssey/Mountain Movers Theatre Company Creative/MOMO, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required  by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a  healthcare provider.
