This is a full time, hourly position.

Job Summary:
Assist with General Housekeeping Duties and Grain Handling, Employees in the class work under supervision 90% of the time and does not supervisor other colleagues.

Facility Expectations:Must have a valid Driver’s LicenseFollow the expectations of all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.Ensure product quality expectations are met.Follow all facility Good Manufacturing Practices as required.Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean and completion of all listed housekeeping duties per the master sanitation schedule.Work with other colleagues to effectively communicate production issues.Participate in morning toolbox, shift exchange/review and response meetings to communicate your key process indicator performance.Once qualified, provide mentoring and training to new colleagues.Required to work overtime as specified by management.Attend training classes in-plant or at other locations as assigned.Apply PE principles and standards to your work area and work processes​​​​​​​Work Duties:Ability to retain the knowledge of tasks they have to performWork well with other to accomplish job task assignedKnowledge of plant equipmentAssist in grain handlingScraping and shoveling soybean and soybean mealBrooming up productDriving Rolling Stock (after trained internally)Transporting lab samples to labWorking off ladder with fall protectionGeneral housekeepingMaintain, monitor, and adjust equipmentUtilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and processing equipment operationWork in fast-paced environment to complete various processes including loading, dumping, scraping, shoveling, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing products and sanitizing around facilityADM requires the successful completion of a background check.​
