We are seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Production Specialist to join the Schneider Electric team. The Plant specializes in Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, focusing primarily on prefabricated data centers and power modules for the Data Center sector.

He/She will be part of the production team, where he will lead the project alongside a team of electrical engineers and the Bim Designers team. He/She will be responsible for leading the monitoring of the project in the production phase, receiving a high-level design until it becomes constructive, defining the necessary materials (BOM), providing support to the design team, contact with suppliers, cost control, etc. He/She will work and collaborate with other departments linked to production such as Engineering, project management, warehouse, materials management, industrialization, quality, H&S and will support the team of plant planners.
Key Responsibilities\:
• Lead the Electrical/mechanical installation of a project in the technical office
• Point of contact between engineering and plant production team leaders
• Modifications to installations and management of challenges in plans. Document control
• Responsible for transferring the production need to the entire team of plant team leaders
• Vision of the overall planning of the project to help the management of productive resources
• Participation in daily production meetings
• Monitoring and improvement of work instructions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant, product and processes
Requirements\:
• Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
• Interpretation of 2D and 3D plans. Using CAD tools (Revit and AutoCAD).
• Experience in design of Electrical/mechanical components and machining work
• 10 years experience
• Good Communicator along with English and Local Language proficiency.
