**Process Overview**
The CSWT team leads the development of the next generation integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the Bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies.
The CTO team is responsible for all Retail, Preferred and Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) business aligned infrastructure and end-to-end production services. This includes direct responsibility for production support, problem and incident management, operational change, as well as service and program delivery. Also supporting vertical functions (Release, Deployment & Environment Management, Application Integration & Engineering, Application Integration & Engineering, Performance & Capacity Management, and Operational Excellence) to deepen concentration stability and innovation.
**Job Description**
+ Application support role for CSW CTO Production Services is responsible for running the day-to-day retail business and operations of the technology platform. Work activities specific to Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Application Monitoring, Batch, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness,Capacity/AvailabilityManagement, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Associate Support, Change/Configuration Management, etc.
+ Active monitoring and maintaining the stability of live production systems, responding to incidents, troubleshooting technical issues.
+ Performing root cause analysis and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
+ Requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the production services environment. Employees in this job code manage a function but do not manage people.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and present reports on production system performance, incidents, and resolution times to relevant stakeholders.
+ Work closely with development teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues effectively.
+ Reporting
+ Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
+ Assist in the deployment of new software updates and configurations to production environments, ensuring seamless transition.
+ Actively monitor production systems for performance degradation, potential bottlenecks, and anomalies using monitoring tools.
+ Investigate recurring issues, identify underlying causes, and develop preventative measures to avoid future incidents.
+ Analyze system behavior, diagnose root causes of problems, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality. Quickly identify, escalate, and resolve production issues by monitoring system alerts, logs, and performance metrics.
**Requirements**
Educational Qualification: BE/ B. Tech
Certification : ITIL Certification
Experience : 7 to 9
**Foundational Skills :**
J2EE technologies, webservices, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL , PL/SQL. Dynatrace, Splunk , Autosys
**Desired Skills :**
Excellent analytical skills to identify the root cause of complex issues and devise effective solutions. Clear and concise verbal and written communication to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to meticulously review system logs and identify subtle anomalies impacting performance.
**Work Timing :** 7:30 am to 4:30 PM & 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
