As a Production Scheduler II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production schedule to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, forecast demand, and create a feasible production plan. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and effective production process. You will report directly to our Senior Production Scheduling Manager and you'll work out of our site in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that materials and resources are available when needed, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve any scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as necessary to meet changing demand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and maintain the production schedule based on customer demand and available resources • Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the schedule • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any scheduling conflicts • Monitor and track production progress, identifying and addressing any delays or issues • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials • Continuously improve the production scheduling process to increase efficiency and reduce costs U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000- $81,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This role is an on-site position in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Some relocation assistance is available.
